Salty Dawg Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon powdered ginger
  • 8 cups popped popcorn
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup pretzel (any shape, buttery is better!)

Directions

  • 1 Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.
  • 2 In a small saucepan (or in the microwave), melt the butter.
  • 3 Remove from heat and stir in the soy sauce, garlic powder and ginger.
  • 4 Place the popped corn, chow mein noodles and pretzels in a large roasting pan.
  • 5 Pour the butter mixture over the popcorn mixture and stir to coat thoroughly.
  • 6 Bake the mixture uncovered for about 40 minutes, stirring periodically.
  • 7 Remove pan from the oven and let cool to room temperature.
  • 8 Store in an airtight container for 2 to 3 weeks.
