Ingredients
- 24 ice cubes
- 16 ounces pineapple juice
- 15 ounces creme de coconut
- 1/2 cup blue curacao
- 1/2 cup vodka
- ginger ale, To top
Directions
- 1 Place all but ginger ale in blender and blend till cubes are chopped.
- 2 Sugar the rim of chilled margarita glasses by dipping first into orange liquor then into sugar.
- 3 Pour drink into glasses and top with an ounce of ginger ale. Garnish with orange slice.
