Deep Fried Avocados

Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1 (8 ounce) can beer
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 -3 avocados, cut into 8-10 wedges each
- 4 tablespoons flour
- peanut oil (for frying)
Directions
- 1 Combine all batter ingredients.
- 2 Dust avocado wedges with flour.
- 3 Put wedges into batter mixture until coated.
- 4 Fry in deep fat fryer until lightly browned-about two minutes.
- 5 Serve with sour cream and salsa.
