Easy Espresso Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup very cold whipping cream
  • 4 -6 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder (or to taste)

Directions

  • 1 Chill your beaters and bowl in the freezer for about 5 minutes or until very cold.
  • 2 Beat all ingredients in a stainless steel or glass bowl to soft peaks.
