Fish Madelene

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs flounder or 1 1/2 lbs other mild white fish fillets
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter, melt
- 1 tablespoon white wine
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- lemon pepper
Directions
- 1 Place fish in a shallow baking dish, in a single layer.
- 2 Sprinkle fish with lemon pepper.
- 3 Sprinkle fish with almonds and parsley.
- 4 In a small bowl combine butter, wine and lemon juice. Pour over fish.
- 5 Cover and bake at 350 for 10minutes.
- 6 Uncover and bake another 10 minutes.
- 7 Remove from oven and let set 5 minutes
- 8 before serving.
