Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs flounder or 1 1/2 lbs other mild white fish fillets
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melt
  • 1 tablespoon white wine
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • lemon pepper

Directions

  • 1 Place fish in a shallow baking dish, in a single layer.
  • 2 Sprinkle fish with lemon pepper.
  • 3 Sprinkle fish with almonds and parsley.
  • 4 In a small bowl combine butter, wine and lemon juice. Pour over fish.
  • 5 Cover and bake at 350 for 10minutes.
  • 6 Uncover and bake another 10 minutes.
  • 7 Remove from oven and let set 5 minutes
  • 8 before serving.
