Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder (no substitutions)
  • 2 teaspoons hot water
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 -4 ice cubes

Directions

  • 1 Dissolve Matcha Powder in hot water.
  • 2 In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
