
Matcha Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder (no substitutions)
- 2 teaspoons hot water
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 -4 ice cubes
Directions
- 1 Dissolve Matcha Powder in hot water.
- 2 In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
