Pumpkin Cream Soup

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 21 ounces chicken broth (2 cans)
- 1 lb canned pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
Directions
- 1 Saute onion in butter.
- 2 Add curry powder and flour. Cook until bubbly.
- 3 Add other ingredients. Simmer.
- 4 Garnish with Chives or parsley.
