Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup margarine

Directions

  • 1 Put all ingredients in a large saucepan.
  • 2 When mixture comes to a boil, cook l and 1/2 minutes.
  • 3 Remove from heat and set to cool a few minutes.
  • 4 Beat to spreading consistency.
  • 5 Will frost a 2 or 3 layer cake.
