Cooked Chocolate Fudge Icing

Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup margarine
Directions
- 1 Put all ingredients in a large saucepan.
- 2 When mixture comes to a boil, cook l and 1/2 minutes.
- 3 Remove from heat and set to cool a few minutes.
- 4 Beat to spreading consistency.
- 5 Will frost a 2 or 3 layer cake.
