Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons ground oregano
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup finely crushed cracker
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Directions

  • 1 In a large bowl, stir the spices and crushed crackers into the ground beef.
  • 2 Stir the eggs into the milk, stir into meat mixture.
  • 3 Mix in the feta cheese and press into a 9x13 pan.
  • 4 Cover loosely with foil.
  • 5 Bake for 30 minutes,at 350, drain.
  • 6 Resume baking without foil for 15 minutes or until done.
