Maple Syrup

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon maple extract
Directions
- 1 Place sugar and water in small saucepan.
- 2 Bring to boil.
- 3 Boil just for a couple of minutes, so that all sugar is dissolved and syrup is clear.
- 4 Add Mapleine (extract) to taste (as dark as you want it).
- 5 Store in refrigerator, covered.
- 6 This recipe can be adapted to make any amount of syrup- Just always double your sugar to water, ie 2 cups sugar, 1 cup water.
