Apple Breakfast Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) package stouffers harvest frozen apples (defrosted)
  • 18 1/4 ounces yellow cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • 2 Grease and flour a 13x9x2 baking pan.
  • 3 Beat cake mix, eggs, milk and cinnamon in large mixing bowl until just moistened. Beat two minutes at medium speed.
  • 4 Fold apples into batter. Pour half the batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle with half the Streusel Topping.
  • 5 Top with remaining batter. Sprinkle with remaining Streusel Topping.
  • 6 Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • 7 FOR STREUSEL TOPPING:.
  • 8 Combine all ingredients in bowl mix well.
