- 1/2 small banana
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 ice cubes (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sugar (or artificial sweetener to taste)
Directions
- 1 Blend first 4 ingredients until smooth.
- 2 Sweeten to taste.
