Baked Cheese Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons margarine
• 3 cups water
• 3 (6 ounce) packages Stove Top stuffing mix
• 3 eggs, lightly beaten
• 3 cups broccoli
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese

Directions

• 1 Preheat oven to 375.
• 2 In a pot, bring water to a boil.
• 3 Add margarine.
• 4 Stir in stuffing mix.
• 5 Cover and remove from heat.
• 6 Let stand for 5 minutes.
• 7 Mix cheeses together.
• 8 Mix eggs, broccoli and 1 cup of cheese mixture.
• 9 Add to stuffing, mixing well.
• 10 Spoon into 2 quart baking dish.
• 11 Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
• 12 Bake 20 minutes or until top is lightly browned and cheese is melted.
