Ingredients

• 3 lbs pot roast
• 1/4 cup oil
• 1/4 cup red wine
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 2 tablespoons soya sauce
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic
• 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 teaspoon rosemary

Directions

• 1 Heat oil in dutch oven.
• 2 Brown roast on all sides.
• 3 Add everyting else and simmer 2 hours, turning roast often.
• 4 Serve with whipped potatoes and glazed carrots.
• 5 Announce dinner with a loud yell to the household SOUPS ON!
