Green Tea Cake

Ingredients
- 250 g cake flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons green tea powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 100 g butter
- 130 g sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 120 g milk
Directions
- 1 cool the butter under room temperature for a while, then mix the butter with sugar.
- 2 Mix in eggs, one at a time.
- 3 Sift in BP, Cake Flour, and Salt, mix well.
- 4 Dissolve the Green Tea Powder in the milk, then add in the batter.
- 5 Bake the cake with 180C (about 370F) temperature, for about 30-35 minutes.
