Salty Dawg Popcorn

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 8 cups popped popcorn
- 2 cups chow mein noodles
- 1 cup pretzel (any shape, buttery is better!)
Directions
- 1 Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.
- 2 In a small saucepan (or in the microwave), melt the butter.
- 3 Remove from heat and stir in the soy sauce, garlic powder and ginger.
- 4 Place the popped corn, chow mein noodles and pretzels in a large roasting pan.
- 5 Pour the butter mixture over the popcorn mixture and stir to coat thoroughly.
- 6 Bake the mixture uncovered for about 40 minutes, stirring periodically.
- 7 Remove pan from the oven and let cool to room temperature.
- 8 Store in an airtight container for 2 to 3 weeks.
