Ingredients
- 3 large tomatoes
- 4 jalapenos
- 1 large onion
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 lime
Directions
- 1 On a cutting board, finely chop tomatoes, jalapenos, onion, bell pepper, garlic and cilantro.
- 2 Place all in a glass bowl and mix together.
- 3 Add salt, pepper, water and vinegar.
- 4 Squeeze the juice from the lime into the mixture and mix thoroughly.
- 5 Chill before serving.
