BBQ Cob of Corn With Pepper

  • 2 ears of corn, cut in half
  • 4 teaspoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper


  • 1 Place each half cob of corn onto a sheet of aluminium foil large enough to wrap around the cob.
  • 2 Break each teaspoon of butter into small pieces and dot into a line across top of corn and sprinkle generously with black pepper.
  • 3 Roll foil up and cook over barbecue plate or grill for around 15 minutes, or until cooked to personal preference, turning often.
