Cuban Garlic Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
Directions
- 1 Mix all ingredients throughly with wire whisk. Serve at room temperature.
