Strip Steak With Stilton-Port Butter

Ingredients
- 2 (8 -10 ounce) steaks, sliced
- 4 ounces butter
- 2 tablespoons Stilton cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon port wine
Directions
- 1 Place the butter in a food processor bowl and run until smooth.
- 2 Add the cheese and wine.
- 3 Pulse until blended.
- 4 Place on a small piece of wax paper or parchment.
- 5 Roll into a 1-inch cylinder.
- 6 Refrigerate.
- 7 Grill the steaks to the desired temperature.
- 8 Top each steak with a few 1/4-inch slices of the butter.
- 9 Serve warm.
