Ingredients

  • 2 (8 -10 ounce) steaks, sliced
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 2 tablespoons Stilton cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon port wine

Directions

  • 1 Place the butter in a food processor bowl and run until smooth.
  • 2 Add the cheese and wine.
  • 3 Pulse until blended.
  • 4 Place on a small piece of wax paper or parchment.
  • 5 Roll into a 1-inch cylinder.
  • 6 Refrigerate.
  • 7 Grill the steaks to the desired temperature.
  • 8 Top each steak with a few 1/4-inch slices of the butter.
  • 9 Serve warm.
