Ingredients

  • 1 angel food cake, cubed
  • 1 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups non-fat vanilla yogurt
  • fresh fruit (whatever is in season or your favourite)

Directions

  • 1 Cube cake.
  • 2 Mix cheese and yogourt together.
  • 3 Prepare your choice of fruit (strawberries, cherries, peaches, raspberries etc.).
  • 4 Layer cake in glass bowl.
  • 5 Next layer is cheese and yogourt.
  • 6 Layer fruit.
  • 7 Repeat each layer.
  • 8 Top with fat free or low fat yogourt or Cool Whip.
