Angel Food Cake Dessert

Ingredients
- 1 angel food cake, cubed
- 1 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
- 2 cups non-fat vanilla yogurt
- fresh fruit (whatever is in season or your favourite)
Directions
- 1 Cube cake.
- 2 Mix cheese and yogourt together.
- 3 Prepare your choice of fruit (strawberries, cherries, peaches, raspberries etc.).
- 4 Layer cake in glass bowl.
- 5 Next layer is cheese and yogourt.
- 6 Layer fruit.
- 7 Repeat each layer.
- 8 Top with fat free or low fat yogourt or Cool Whip.
