Ingredients
- 3 lbs extra lean ground beef
- 3 onions, chopped
- 2 heads cabbage (chopped)
- salt
- pepper (lots)
- 1 (36 count) package frozen yeast dinner roll dough, defrosted slightly raised
Directions
- 1 Fry beef, cabbage and onions. Add seasonings.
- 2 Let filling cool.
- 3 Roll out each bread roll, into approx 7 inch round.
- 4 Place filling in middle and seal well.
- 5 Place on baking sheet, sprayed with veggie cooking spray.
- 6 Bake at 350 for approx 30 minutes, until browned.
