Ingredients

  • 3 lbs extra lean ground beef
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 2 heads cabbage (chopped)
  • salt
  • pepper (lots)
  • 1 (36 count) package frozen yeast dinner roll dough, defrosted slightly raised

Directions

  • 1 Fry beef, cabbage and onions. Add seasonings.
  • 2 Let filling cool.
  • 3 Roll out each bread roll, into approx 7 inch round.
  • 4 Place filling in middle and seal well.
  • 5 Place on baking sheet, sprayed with veggie cooking spray.
  • 6 Bake at 350 for approx 30 minutes, until browned.
