• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon garlic granules
• 1 tablespoon dry white wine
• 1 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 pinch sugar

Directions

• 1 Whisk together all dressing ingredients, and chill.
• 2 Combine crabmeat and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
• 3 Toss with mayonnaise dressing mixture.
• 4 Serve with greens on serving platter.
