Ingredients

• 2/3 cup soy sauce
• 1/4 cup white wine
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon ginger
• 1 garlic clove, chopped
• 1 Cornish hen

Directions

• 1 Combine first 5 ingredients for the sauce and marinate the hen in the sauce for 1 hour, turning to coat.
• 2 Bake in a 325 degree oven for 1 hour and baste with the marinade sauce 2-3 times while cooking.
• 3 Cut the hen in half to serve.
