1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed tomato soup with roasted garlic and herbs
1/2 cup water
Directions
1 Place potatoes, carrots, and celery in bottom of slow cooker.
2 Season roast with pepper and place on top.
3 Mix soup and water.
4 Pour over roast and vegetables.
5 Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
6 \u2022For a thicker gravy: Combine 1/4 cup flour and 1/2 cup water until smooth. Remove beef and vegetables and keep warm. Stir into cooking juices. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes or until thickened.
