East-West Barbecued Chicken (Crock Pot)

Ingredients
- 6 -8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Directions
- 1 Place chicken in crock.
- 2 In a small bowl, combine ketchup, orange marmalade, brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, and garlic. Pour over chicken.
- 3 Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or on high for 3 to 5 hours.
