No- Bake Cookie Dough Truffles

Ingredients

• 1 cup soft butter
• 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon water
• 1 (6 ounce) package mini chocolate chips

Directions

• 1 Cream butter and sugar together.
• 2 Add remaining ingredients and mix well by hand.
• 3 Roll into bite-size balls.
• 4 Freeze until firm, about 30 minutes.
• 5 Store in a plastic zip-type bag in the freezer.
• 6 Let stand at room temperature 5 minutes before eating.
